Although French is the 1st language of the locals many speak English too, so if your Fench is rusty the people you meet are obliging and friendly and helpful.

Appears in question I want to visit Canada from NYC traveling alone. Looking for a group tour.

Stockholm in Sweden is Beautiful and has wonderful history.

Stay at one of the many hotels on a boat, where you don't sleep by the habour, you sleep on it. There are many to choose from.

The highlights to visit are the rich history. There are historic ship museums (Vasa), historic palaces (Drottningham), a recreated historic village (Skansen) and the centre of town (Gamla Stan) is gloriously historic

Swedish people are very friendly and helpful, and the transport systems and everything else in the country runs smoothly with great Scandanavian efficiency.

This new wine bar is the best thing to happen in Glebe for over 20 years! It has such a cool ambiance, and with seatin gfor around 50 patrons it's very personal

The interior is all timber and exposed brick, small spaces are partioned with hemp rope dividers and the chairs alternate between cushioned benches along the wallks and low stools.

The wine list is eclectic with a great range of style and price, sure to suit any taste and budget. It's chosen by Tim who owns the fantastic independent liuor outlet in the shop on the corner. They have a limited number of bottles open to buy by the glass, and if you get there early you get to choose.

The food is reasonably priced and served in sizes to share. Mostly tapas style, you can get one for a snack or a few if your famished. They offer one main meal per day.
